If you're looking to purchase some fresh produce, flowers, and other household items, then the Logan Square Farmers Market is an excellent option. The indoor market usually runs from November to March in the Congress Theatre while the spring and summer months sees market goers on Milwaukee Avenue, Diversey Avenue, and Woodard Street.
The Illinois Centennial Monument is one of Logan Square's most recognizable landmarks. Standing at 27 feet tall, the monument is a stone obelisk topped with an eagle located at the heart of the actual Logan Square. Logan Square is also known for its many historic mansions, which can all be viewed during The Historic Mansion Housewalk every September.
Chicago is full of attractions fitting every taste, including the panoramic views from John Hancock Observatory or the Willis Tower Skydeck, boat tours with skyline views from Navy Pier, several museums, Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium, and two of the finest zoos in the country.
